EGG HARBOR, October 10, 2025 – Egg Harbor is set to welcome a new addition to its hospitality scene with the opening of The Fancy B, a modern bed-and-breakfast owned by Greg and Melissa Bieker. Slated to open in the summer of 2026, The Fancy B promises a luxurious and inviting experience with top-tier amenities in the heart of the village.

The Biekers are currently undertaking the transformation of the historic Doc Eames house into a charming and contemporary B&B. Having acquired the property in 2021, they have been meticulously renovating both the interior and exterior to preserve its historical essence while infusing it with new warmth and vitality.

"Our goal is to maintain the historic charm of the house while introducing a fresh, welcoming atmosphere," said Greg Bieker.

Upon completion, The Fancy B will offer 5 guest suites equipped with options like spa showers, water vapor fireplaces, Ultra-fast Wi-Fi and picturesque views of the harbor. The primary suite, aptly named the Honeymoon Suite, will feature a deep soaking cast iron tub for ultimate relaxation.

In addition to luxurious accommodations, The Fancy B will delight guests with its culinary offerings. "I’ve spent years perfecting recipes, while aiming to provide local, fresh food to our guests," Bieker explained. They will also cater to guests with dietary restrictions, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all.
